The park host was wonderful the water level is low. The fishing was not so good but caught a small catfish. Had fun cooking and playing with the kids. Hot water showers was nice as well. Would go back when the water returns :-)
Beutiful nice quiet clean nice time
Camping tonight at the Winkler Campground, August 21, 2015. Very clean. Flushing toilets, but no sinks so bring your own hand washing stuff. Site 5 and Site 6 are the ONLY two sites with trees/shade. Wasps are all up in the roofs which cover picnic tables. All sites have beautiful views of the lake, Sites 1-11 are lake front. Two super friendly feral cats roam the grounds. They're adorable beyond words. Definitely a great little getaway and will return.
